People are at the center of everything at Wells Farm. In order to meet the quality that we as a business strive for our teams need to also have that same drive for quality, be able to work as a family unit and continually improve and grow as the business does too.

Our Team
Laura Holt
Laura has worked at Wells Farm since 2012 – Laura has grown up around agriculture and has a strong passion to take the family business onwards and upwards, whilst encouraging sustainability in the ever-developing food sector and along with Alex and Paul looks forward to the future with “Team Wells”.
Julie
Having worked for the family for over 30 years, Julie has seen every job role from milking the cows before Wells Farm became processors, to the technical manager she is today. Currently, Julies focus is leading the next generation of the technical team so they will be prepared to take the business forward to ensure that food safety is never compromised and is always the companies top priority. In Julies spare time she enjoy working alongside her husband on their small holding, has recently rediscovered caravanning, and if that wasn’t busy enough she also has her hands full with eight dogs at home.
Adam
Adam has worked for Wells Farm over 20 years; He has worked in many roles over the years from Processor to Engineering. He is currently working towards paperless deliveries. When he has spare time he enjoys walks with his two dogs.
Gareth
Wells Farm decided to bring vehicle maintenance in-house to reduce costs, since Gareth has started we have updated and expanded the fleet he will always be found around or under a lorry day or night. Gareth also gets involved in engineering in the dairy its self-due to his vast experience in mechanical engineering.
Arran
With over 23 years’ experience in doorstep deliveries. Arran has a passion for a high level of customer service, sustainability and will continue to bring the old traditional side of the business into the future.
Pam
Pam joined the company in March 2020 and is a highly experienced and competent Credit Controller with over thirty years’ proven track record in various industries.
She has a “can do” attitude and is passionate about giving a quality professional service to our customers.
Pam is happily married and has two wonderful grown-up children and four gorgeous grandchildren.
